at Fanshawe CA
Step into nature and have the wedding of your dreams at Fanshawe Conservation Area. Conveniently located within the city limits, this 800 hectare park offers one of the most natural, peaceful settings in London. Share your special day with family and friends surrounded by large, shady trees, expanses of beautiful green space and spectacular views of Fanshawe Lake. Fanshawe Conservation Area is the natural choice.
Fanshawe’s facilities are available from May 1st to mid-October. A reservation gives you two-days access to the Watson Porter from 10 am to 1 am.
The Watson Porter Pavilion
This large, rustic wooden pavilion features two decorative stone fireplaces that are beautiful backdrops for an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Windows on three sides of the pavilion let in natural light. Two huge doors slide open to bring in more light and provide a panoramic view of Fanshawe Lake.
This facility seats up to 150 people in a reception style presentation. It is equipped with a basic kitchen, washrooms, tables and chairs.

2023 Pavilion Fees (taxes included)
Watson Porter Pavilion $2,500.00

A reservation gives 2 days access to the Pavilion (10 am to 1 am each day).

Conservation Area admission fees are included in the facility rental fees.

A non-refundable rental fee deposit ($1150 for the Watson Porter Pavilion) is due at the time of booking. The remaining rental fee is due at least 2 months before the event. No rental fee refunds will be issued within 2 months of the event date.

A refundable security/cleaning deposit is due 2 weeks before the event. If Conservation Area staff confirm that the building, contents (including tables/chairs), and surrounding grounds are in a clean and undamaged condition after the event, the deposit will be 100% refunded. If staff identify damage/cleaning issues, some or all of the deposit may be retained.

Fanshawe Conservation Area is located at 1424 Clarke Road between Fanshawe Park Road (Highway 22) and Huron Street, in northeast London.
